Day 01: Srinagar to Sonamarg
After reaching Srinagar Airport, our representative will receive you and give a short briefing about the Amarnath Yatra. From there, you will be driven to Sonamarg, which is around a three hour scenic journey.
After hotel check in, you can relax. If you wish, you may visit Thajiwas Glacier at your own cost where snow is usually available most of the year. Pony or local transport charges for the glacier are to be paid directly.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Sonamarg.
Day 02: Sonamarg to Neelgrath to Panchtarni to Srinagar
Early morning after breakfast, around 5 am, you will leave for Neelgrath helipad to board the helicopter for Amarnath Ji darshan. The helicopter drops at Panchtarni, which is about 6 km from the holy cave.
From Panchtarni, proceed for the darshan of Baba Amarnath Ji. After completing the darshan, return back to Panchtarni and take the helicopter to Neelgrath.
Later, drive to Srinagar and check in to the hotel or houseboat. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 03: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, go for full day local sightseeing of Srinagar. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. You will also visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, which gives a beautiful view of Srinagar city.
In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: Srinagar Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be dropped at Srinagar Airport to board your onward flight with the blessings of Baba Amarnath Ji and pleasant memories of the trip.
